How do I request a private jet charter?

Requests for private aviation are handled primarily through your dedicated Lifestyle Manager or directly via the "Concierge" tab in the app.

Initiating a Request

To ensure availability of your preferred aircraft class, we recommend initiating requests at least 72 hours in advance. Follow these steps:

• Navigate to the Concierge tab.
• Select "New Request" and choose "Aviation".
• Input your departure and arrival airports, dates, and passenger count.
• Specify any catering or ground transport requirements.

Confirmation Process

Once submitted, our team will source options from our vetted fleet partners. You will receive a notification with 3 distinct aircraft options (Light, Mid-size, Heavy) within 4 hours.
