What if my flight is delayed or cancelled by the airline?

Flight Disruptions

If the airline cancels or delays your flight:

  1. Minor Delay (< 3 hours): Standard waiting.
  2. Significant Delay (> 4 hours): Airline usually provides meal vouchers.
  3. Cancellation / Schedule Change:
    • Refund: You are entitled to a full refund if the new schedule doesn't work for you.
    • Reschedule: Airline will offer the next available flight at no cost.

Trip Express Support: We will notify you of any schedule changes immediately and assist you in negotiating with the airline for the best solution.
